The new additions to PMG are on their way from England (I will write more about this process when I don't have to run to a appointment).
Jack and I are beyond thrilled with ALL of them! I first saw Dixie last April when I went for a visit to the SD Farm in England and she was in a barn with MP and about a 100 other yearlings, but my focus was on a mare in foal, heck, I wasn't shopping for a colt either and MP was the first to be imported LOL. Janey kept telling me she is a special filly and I should have her, so she didn't have to twist my arm too hard. SD Prada is in foal to my all time favorite stallion The Don and this foal will be special to me since I can't pry The Don from Steve:) Prada is very well put together and is sired out of Flash Harry and Prada's dam is stunning; saw her for the first time in November and couldn't believe I have a foal out of her. Prada has a proper build and beautiful straight silky feather that is past her hooves. Prada is gonna mature into a stunning Cob. When Jack and I went to England to visit Janey & Gavin we got to help on the farm and spend more time with the rest of the family as well, we knew we wanted one more mare to add to our lineup for this year, Janey had one picked out and we gave her our thumbs up, but the only draw back is she was NOT in foal, so we couldn't bring her till 2016 and no foal till 2017, so we just kind of left it at that. Well.... Moving the horses on one of the wet rainy days on our trip, we saw a stunning mare that happened to be my favorite color and Steve went on about how special she was to him with Jack, lets just say Steve and Jack hit it off and this special mare is in foal to Steve's favorite stallion who we also love. This mare is arriving with the others at LAX tomorrow:) She will put most stallions to shame as she is the complete package. We are blessed and honored to have a mare of her quality. She will FOREVER remain with PMG and will NEVER be for sale. The SD farm has retained most of her foals and her breeding goes back to her granddad's stock. A few of her foals have been sold and are champions in the show world. She will have her own page on our website and I hope to build it as though as possible of past and future foals and the sires that sired the foals as well. I will post pictures soon..... Once she arrives:)
